About the destination
Kaziranga National Park stretches along the Brahmaputra floodplain, a mix of tall elephant grass, wetlands and semi-evergreen forest. It holds roughly two-thirds of the world's greater one-horned rhinos, along with elephants, wild buffalo, swamp deer and tigers. Safaris run by jeep and, in some ranges, by elephant back.
